There was magic and music in Côte St. Luc

There was mystifying magic and then choral music at the Aquatic Community Centre in Côte St. Luc as Jack Frank of the Côte St. Luc Senior Men’s Club performed his feats of magic and the “Côte St. Luc Entertainers” sang some of the old time songs to a standing room only audience.

At the age of 94, Jack is still performing magic for audiences throughout the Montreal area and still has his audiences
spellbound. They constantly ask, “How’d you do that?”

His answer is, “If I told you, I would have to kill you.”

The choir, under the leadership of Phil Silvers (a member of the Côte St. Luc Senior Men’s Club), has performed at local hospitals and various organizations and is in constant demand to return and sing some more. The choir rehearses once a week and tours throughout the summer into early fall.
