That Woman at Infinitheatre
In co-production with the Talisman Theatre, Infinitheatre launches its new season with Daniel Danis ’ That Woman, directed by Emma Tibaldo and translated by Linda Gaboriou.
Set in the poetical landscape of an imagined rural Quebec community, it’s the story of the Mother, the Old Man who lives upstairs and their son. In a series of 24 snapshots, That Woman transports the audience into an existence painted by memory, repressed desire, and small victories.
The play runs September 22-27 at Bain St-Michel: 5300 St-Dominique (corner Maguire). Info: (514) 987-1774 or www.infinitheatre.com
