It’s never to late to learn to talk to mom and dad

The Montreal Centre for Anxiety and Depression will host a talk September 27 on connecting with aging parents.

The talk, moderated by Frances Kucharsky, offers tool to deal with demands on your time and resources, conflicts with siblings over care and ways to improve your relationship with your parents. There is no charge for this event, which runs from noon to 1 pm.

The centre offers a similar talk on October 1 that will also touch on overcoming fear, anger and guilt. This event takes place from 7-8:30 pm and costs $29.

The discussion takes place from noon to 1 pm at Brunswick Medical Center, 955 St Jean, Suite 305, Pointe Claire.
