Positive take on Palliative Care
The Montreal General Hospital along with the Council on Palliative Care will host a full day of workshops on the “positive challenges” of living with a life threatening illness Tuesday, November 18. Mona Rutenberg and Sondra Goldman present Animating our Challenges; Joan Foster and Sue Britton will speak on Long Term Aspects of Palliative Care; Zelda Freitas leads Accessing the System, Creating Your Own; and Dawn Cruche presents Honouring the Losses.
The event opens at 8:30 am with coffee. The film 39 lbs. of Love starts at 9 am. The deadline for registration is November 12. The $20 fee covers all materials and snacks. Participants can choose any two of the four workshops.
