Geordie serves up acrobatics for the grandkids
T
his month, Geordie Productions brings the circus to town with its production of me me me… a whimsical, acrobatic performance written by Lisa Vaillancourt and directed by Robert Dion. Using gymnastics, juggling and other stunts, the show tells the story of an elementary school student who is rejected by her classmates for being too eager to answer the teacher’s questions.
A good pick for a day with the grandkids,
me me me… opens with a 7 pm performance Friday February 16 and continues with 3 pm weekend family performances February 17, 18, 24 and 25, and 10 am weekday school matinées February 20 and 21. Performances are at the D.B. Clarke Theatre in Concordia University’s Hall Building, 1455 de Maisonneuve W. Tickets are $12.50 for children and $15 for adults.
