Divorced women find strength in numbers
Strength in Numbers, a drop-in support group, helps women struggling with the end of a marriage or long-term relationship. Led by family therapist and divorce counselor, Vikki Stark, the group provides women with the tools to overcome the difficulties of divorce – companionship, support, strategies for dealing with an ex-spouse, and ways to cope with the roller coaster of emotions that comes with a breakup.
The group meets Mondays from 7 to 9 pm. Info: 514-937-8182 or info@vikkistark.com
