If having breakfast at a Yacht Club sounds good, you’ll enjoy it more while supporting a worthy cause.
Chartwell Le Wellesley Retirement Residence, in partnership with the Beaconsfield Yacht Club, is holding its 6th annual fundraiser to benefit the Children’s Wish Foundation of Canada.
From 6 to 10 am, Thursday, September 10, supporters can enjoy an all-you-can-eat continental breakfast, entertainment, silent auction and raffle, along with Beaconsfield Mayor Georges Bourelle.
Top raffle prizes include a Carey Price signed Jersey, a signed framed portrait of Jean Béliveau, and Swarovski Jewellery.
This year, the children’s Wish Foundation wants to grant 1000 new wishes, or nearly three a day to a child diagnosed with a life-threatening illness.
Chartwell Le Wellesley invites all to participate at the Beaconsfield Yacht Club, 26 Lakeshore Rd.
Tickets are $15. Raffle tickets cost $20 for three, $30 for five, and $50 for 10. 514-396-6565 x 245
